Your ZIP, your home’s size, how deep you want to go, how often. Add extras like inside-the-oven or laundry — each with its number printed right on it.

Step two

See your estimate

The number updates as you build — no email required to see it. Recurring plans show their discount up front, and the first-visit deep clean is spelled out before you commit.

Step three

Send it to your cleaner

Pick a time she’s posted (or ask for one), add photos and anything she should know, and send it. She takes it at the estimate or sends you her own number with a reason — you confirm before anything books.

Fair questions

Are your cleaning pros vetted? By whom?

Personally, by the owner — never by an algorithm. Every Brightwing pro passes a background check, carries insurance we verify, completes a paid reference clean we inspect, and sits down with us in person before they ever enter a client’s home. We’d rather turn someone away than lower that bar.

Are the pros your employees?

No — and that’s a feature. Every Brightwing pro runs their own independent cleaning business. They set their own prices, keep the majority of every dollar, and choose the jobs they take. We handle the vetting, booking, and guarantee; they do what they’re great at. You get a professional who acts like an owner, because they are one.

What if I’m not happy with my clean?

Not happy? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right — a free re-clean first, your money back if we can’t. That’s the Brightwing Promise, and it’s not fine print — it’s the whole point of booking through us.

Do I need to supply anything?

No. Your pro brings professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products used in your home — allergies, little ones, a floor you baby — just note it when you book.

What about pets?

Pet homes are welcome. Just note who’ll be home when you book so nobody’s surprised, including the dog.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Totally up to you. Many clients let their pro in and head out; others work from home right through it. You’ll arrange access details with us when we confirm your booking.

How do you get to my number?

You build an estimate from your home’s size, bathrooms, depth of clean and frequency — priced off your chosen cleaner’s own rate card. She then either takes the job at that number or sends you her own number with a one-line reason, and you confirm before anything is booked. Whatever you confirm is what you pay; it does not change after. Recurring visits are discounted, and the first visit of a recurring plan is priced as a deep clean (every home needs a reset first — we say it up front, not on the invoice). PA homes add 6% sales tax; Delaware adds none.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your clean at no charge. Inside 48 hours, our pros have already reserved that time for you — reach out and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.
